Detailed description of goods and/or services
Elite Hygiene Solutions is a business in the Promotional Gifts industry that supplies marketing collateral, signage, corporate uniforms and clothing, corporate gifts, banners, flags, and PPE.
General Terms and Conditions
Once the stock has been collected /delivered by Elite Hygiene Solutions, Elite Hygiene Solutions has no control over it. As such we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours.
Whilst every eÂffort has been made to fulfill all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they get branded.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day and delivery/collection confirmed by way of an email.
Export Restriction
Deliveries are available to South African Clients only. Please email us for any purchases required for delivery outside South Africa.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Elite Hygiene Solutions is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Elite Hygiene Solutions will refund the client in full within 7 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee.
Samples must be returned in the original condition as well as original packaging so that a refund/credit can be ensured.
It may take up to a week to carefully check samples that are returned and once we are satisfied that samples are fit for resale we will issue the refund or credit note.
Damage to any part of the sample or packaging will result in samples not being accepted for return.
Importantly, when returning samples, the original invoice relevant to the samples needs to accompany the returned goods before a credit note will be issued and a refund effected.
Customer Privacy policy
Elite Hygiene Solutions shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, âpersonal informationâ shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Elite Hygiene Solutions bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Elite Hygiene Solutions via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Work Front separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGateâs secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Elite Hygiene Solutions takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service, and support.
Variation
Elite Hygiene Solutions may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Sizes:
Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are measured as the overall width laying down flat. The actual size may vary as many of the products we sell are hand made or hand finished. Sizes may vary among different production lots of the same item. In some dying processes, fabrics may shrink or expand and it is difficult to exactly control the final size.
