Shipping & Returns
Once the stock has been collected /delivered by Elite Hygiene Solutions, Elite Hygiene Solutions has no control over it.Â As such we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours.
Whilst every eÂffort has been made to fulfill all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they get branded.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day and delivery/collection confirmed by way of an email. Lead times vary on quantity, type of product, branding, and destination. Your account manager will confirm lead times once the order is confirmed.
Deliveries are available to South African Clients only. Please email us for any purchases required for delivery outside South Africa.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Elite Hygiene Solutions is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Elite Hygiene Solutions will refund the client in full within 7 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee.
Samples must be returned in the original condition as well as original packaging so that a refund/credit can be ensured.
It may take up to a week to carefully check samples that are returned and once we are satisfied that samples are fit for resale we will issue the refund or credit note.
Damage to any part of the sample or packaging will result in samples not being accepted for return.
Importantly, when returning samples, the original invoice relevant to the samples needs to accompany the returned goods before a credit note will be issued and a refund effected.
All returns on conti-suits and workwear will be charged 15-20% administration fee depending on the product.Â
No-returns permitted on any face masks, shields or buffs.
